Hello! I'm Hannah, a painter and illustrator based in the UK.

I create paintings filled with curious creatures hidden in unexpected places. I am heavily inspired by animals, thrift store treasures, analogue technology, and the magic of everyday objects. I love the idea that there might be entire worlds living just out of sight…

Before focusing on traditional art, I worked as a prop maker. My favourite jobs involved painting miniature props that needed to be highly detailed, and that love of world building has always stayed with me.

Every painting begins as a collection of sketches, characters, and ideas gathered from daily life. I often use watercolour to experiment and develop concepts before bringing them to life in oil paint.

My art is fuelled by nostalgia and curiosity, as well as the feeling of discovering something forgotten. I want my paintings to be tiny worlds in which you can imagine my characters living their silly little lives.
